A full Roof Replacement is a major investment, and Ridge homeowners deserve a crew that explains every material option instead of pushing whatever's easiest to install.
We also coordinate Roof Replacement timing around Ridge weather patterns, scheduling tear-off days when the forecast gives us the best chance of staying dry.
Every Roof Replacement includes a pre-project walkthrough so there are no surprises once tear-off actually begins.
Every Roof Replacement crew lead's credentials are verified before your project is scheduled.
Local Ridge crews mean your Roof Replacement start date isn't pushed out for weeks.
Full written scope and price before any tear-off begins, covering materials, labor, and disposal.
We explain the tradeoffs of each material option in terms that actually matter to you.
A complete Roof Replacement covers more than swapping shingles — here's what's actually included.
Old roofing is stripped down to the decking, with any rotted or damaged boards replaced before rebuilding.
A proper underlayment system is the difference between a roof that sheds water and one that traps it.
We offer a range of shingle grades so Ridge homeowners can match budget to durability.
Metal replacement costs more upfront but often outlasts asphalt by decades in the right climate.
Proper ridge and soffit balance keeps your new Ridge roof running cooler and drier.
All old shingles, underlayment, and debris are hauled away as part of the Roof Replacement scope, not left for you to deal with.
A Roof Replacement project involves more coordination than a repair call, so we keep communication clear at every stage.
On-site assessment covers decking condition, ventilation, and material recommendations specific to your property.
Pricing tiers by material are explained clearly before you commit to anything.
Once approved, the crew completes the Roof Replacement to manufacturer spec and provides full warranty documentation.
